  Payments
The Subscriber must pay letsbuildnamiba.com in advance for the selected service options, for which payment will not be refundable and must reach letsbuildnamiba.com prior to the account expiry date. Credit Card or direct payments may be processed up to ten (10) days prior to account expiry date in order to allow time to resolve any difficulties, which may arise.		  
  Subscriptions
Subscriptions paid in advance are not refundable. All accounts are treated as recurring subscriptions and will therefore be renewed automatically on the anniversary date of the subscriptions, unless otherwise advised. 		 
  Term of notice
24hours written notice from either party for reason whatsoever is required to terminate the service.		  
 

General
Our prices are subject to change.
Service is subject to the standard terms, conditions, policy and procedures of letsbuildnamiba.com.
Incomplete forms will not be processed.
As agreed to website content (visual, text) shall be supplied by yourselves to letsbuildnamiba.com.
Extra work over and beyond these quoted prices will be charged at a rate of N$ 230.00 (exclude VAT).
